With the Performance Management System, it is aimed to strengthen and develop performance and to reward employees with superior performance, unlike others.

The main criteria in performance evaluation are business objectives. Targets set for the company; It is reduced to the level of group, organization, department, and individual. An objective evaluation is made by taking into account the realization of business targets reduced to individuals.

Competency Management

Competencies are the knowledge, skills and behaviors necessary for the employee to fulfill their basic responsibilities determined by the job profile.

Relay Teknik uses the Competency Set and Competency Evaluation methodology in order to identify the strengths and development needs of the employees, to improve their individual and team performance by improving their way of doing business, and to offer a more professional work environment and career development opportunities to the employees.

By determining the competencies required for each position, the relevant behaviors are defined and shared with the employees.

Competence assessment meetings are held with the employees once a year to identify areas for improvement and strengths.

Competency assessment results constitute an input to the Development Planning System. Annual plans are made in order for the employee to develop their relevant competencies in line with the objectives of the organization.
